Your privacy is extremely important to us. We’re committed to protecting your privacy. We use the contact information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more convenient and personalized shopping experience.

We do NOT disclose, sell, rent or trade your personal information with other organizations.

In the case of a LOCAL PICKUP purchase we do not disclose the pickup address on this web site. We will put you in personal contact with our LOCAL HOST / HOSTESS using email and phone numbers. We will only provide you with approximate driving distances before a purchase is actually completed.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is any error in your order, please contact us within 2 weeks of your original receipt date. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Use the CONTACT form to communicate the problem and receive an RMA number and return address.

You may return all unopened items purchased on the GPN Online Store within thirty (30) days of the original purchased date but you must have a valid RMA. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping

We have made every effort and taken great care in the packaging and shipping of your book(s). On shipments outside the USA there is insurance, any problem with the packaging should be brought to the attention of the carrier immediately. FILL OUT FORMS IF NECESSARY, then use the CONTACT form to let us know. We will reimburse the shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within ten (10) days of receiving the returned item.
